RDVIC's Chain of Command / Order of Operation is the structure to which staff will know who to report to for questions, requests, and needs. It is very important because it helps to make sure that all your needs and requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Operating outside of the Chain of Command can lead to extremely delays, so please be sure to follow the Chain of Command.

The Chain of Command will always flow like this:

  • Employee (You)
  • Team Lead (Your direct supervisor)
  • Executive Director and/or Office Manager

If you ever have questions about this structure, please reach out to your direct supervisor and they will be happy to go into further detail on this with you.
