First, you are to send an email to your Team Lead requesting time off. Once it is approved you need to submit a request through Paylocity for it to be approved by the Executive Director. Then you must put it on the RDVIC calendar that you will be off for that day. You will also need to find someone who will cover the shift that you are requesting off.
